Suction and Displacement Procedure:
- Cell Formation: The rotor (3) rotates within the stator ring (5), with centrifugal force pressing the vanes (4) against the inner surface of the stator ring.
- Suction: As the rotor turns, the volume of the cells (10), formed by the rotor, vanes, stator ring, and control plate, increases. This expansion draws hydraulic fluid into the cells via the suction channel (S).
- Displacement: Once the cells reach their maximum volume, they are isolated from the suction side. As the rotor continues to rotate, the connection to the pressure side is established, causing the cells to contract and displace the hydraulic fluid through the pressure channel (P) into the system.
